I purposefully intended this Self-Improvement Series to be short and sweet.  That is why I have broken it into a series of manuals, each of a manageable length. 

I subscribe to the KISS method of writing.  Keep It Short and Sweet (not Keep It Simple Stupid…I don’t think people are stupid.).  As such you will see in this Series are only those ideas and concepts that are of ultimate importance to your “Success”.  Those concepts which when “IMPLEMENTED” will make a difference in your life.  No fluff just stuff.  Stuff that works.  So, pay close attention to everything in each Manual.  Everything I have included in each Manual was put there for a reason.  There are lessons everywhere.

Keeping in mind that people with narrow minds usually have broad tongues, this “Series” is written with a narrow tongue and a broad mind.

 The “FOCUS 30 PROGRAM” is a “Success” plan where you allocate every waking moment (as is practical) during the “Program” period, taking steps to achieve your “Goals”.  

Total “Focus” on achieving your “Goals”.

You go all out for 30 days then take a break (hence the name “Focus 30”).  

To fit your individual reality, you can always “Change” or customize the time period.  

You may have very limited time availability for whatever reason (working 2 jobs, full-time career with kids, etc.) … it may only be possible for you to do a “Focus 2” where you allocate a full weekend to “Focusing” on your Goals.  And you do this repetitively as situations allow. 

This type of specific, structured, uninterrupted period of time (2 full days, Friday at 6pm to Sunday at 9pm) which over the course of 6 months to a year adds up tremendously towards getting you closer to where you really want to be… 

If you could commit to 2 weekends per month then over the course of 1 year you will have allocated a total of 1,224 hours of pure concentrated focus on 1 thing and 1 thing only… your “Goals”.

 Yes, I can pump anybody up to be “Motivated” temporarily. It may take 1, 2, 3, 10 hours but I “Guarantee” I can do it.

However, you know that I can’t “make” you do something long term unless you really want it yourself. Believe me I’ve tried to “make” people be “motivated” long term before…until I was blue in the face. It only works temporarily. 
For the “Motivation” to last the individual must ultimately learn to “Motivate” themselves. 
In this Manual 5, Motivation and Circumstances you will learn many remarkably effective “Success Tools” so motivation will never again be an issue for you. 
In this Manual I am first going to talk with you about a simple method to “Motivate” yourself. Among many other inspirational topics, we are also going to talk about your “Goals”, your particular life circumstances and that NOW is the time for you to “Make Things Happen”.

He is an ex-Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army. He is a decorated Vietnam War Veteran, father of four, and a trainer of men who he ultimately had to rely on to stay alive. In short he had to learn to “Motivate” people instantly. His technique was two part. First, he’d break them down. In our context that means to make sure you the reader knows that whatever you have been and are now doing is NOT working. You’re not YET the successful millionaire of your dreams. That’s the broken down reality.  
Secondly, he’d train them. He had to re-build them. In our context that means to teach you the Tools which will easily enable you to accomplish your “Goals”. To show you the actual “2 Steps to Success”, the concept of “Take the 1st Step”, the “Brain Train Game”, the “Focus 30 Program” and among others your very own personal introduction to your very own “Super-Me”.

I’ve met a lot of successful and very successful people over the span of my career. One commonality (amongst many) that super-successful people share is “they don’t make excuses”.
 
On the contrary, the unsuccessful people I’ve met in my life tend to have many excuses for many things. I don’t need to list the excuses at this point, you’ve all heard them. They range from A-Z.
 
One of your first steps to “Change” is recognizing and accepting that you are personally responsible for changing your life. No one can do it for you.
There are no external excuses. It all starts and stops with you and you can do anything…
 
You may want to stop here and take a moment to look at your true intentions. Examine your state of being. What does it mean to “Change”? How committed are you? Are you really ready for “Success”? How bad do you want to achieve your goals… whether it be to lose weight, get a better job, find a love interest, grow your company? Whatever it is…How bad do you want it?
 
These are all very important questions and you should really carve out some time to think of each question carefully… and come up with some of your own too. Pay particular attention to your “Why”. Why do you want to achieve your “Goal”?
 
Your “Why” is so much more important than your “How”. If you have enough “Why” then the “How” and the results will take care of themselves.
 
Here is another big question: Are you really ready to actually “Change” the way you have been doing things your whole life?
 
Don’t be afraid of “Change”. “Change” is what you make it. If you only “Change” things for the better in your life then why be afraid. You should be exhilarated at the prospect that you can actually add and take away things from your life if you “Focus” on them so that in the end you design your life just as you want it.
 
It’s up to you. Think about it… Seriously. This is a crossroads in your life!

So, when it comes to first impressions, it’s not so much what you say but what you look like. That is a fact of life. Of course, any history or information that you have available about a person in advance of first meeting them will influence your “first impression” too.

 Both medicine and advice are easy to prescribe but sometimes hard to take.

In this Manual you are prescribed a little medicine that I hope you will accept.
I have been in business for myself and with others for over 30 years now. I’ve seen a lot. Good and bad. I’ve learned a lot too.
